• Support terms will be defined in service agreements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hapinnov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
